SHOWA-TBEA(SHANDONG) CABLE ACCESSORIES CO., LTD held the semi-annual work summaryand commendation conference of 2017 at multi-media conference room on July 19th,2017. It summarized main work of the company in the first half of 2017 comprehensivelyand objectively, arranged the task of the second half of this year, and commendedworkers who have set good examples to others in various positions and have madeoutstanding contributions to the development of company.
       At the conference, the general manager,Mr N Ahimtate made a report about work of first half of this year and also madearrangements of the latter half. He pointed out that the company and staff focusedon overall goal set by the board, carried out work firmly and orderly inaccordance with requirements, and coped with the impact of external economicrisks effectively of first half of this year. The followings were achievementsthat the staff have made of the first half: the domestic and foreign marketsincreased steadily, the internal lean managements continued to consolidate, andstandardized operation & technology innovation improved constantly. It was commonefforts of the staff that guaranteed stableand healthy developments of company in despite of difficult economicenvironment. The general manager affirmed achievements of all departments andpointed out directions for further work. Subsequently, the deputy generalmanager read the decisions to commend, and awarded certifications to advancedworkers.
      The conference reviewed contributionsof the past and also looked forward to the future, when the staff could dobetter. As the proverb goes: united we stand, divided we fall. As long as allstaff unite together, overcome difficulties bravely, and carry out work inaccordance with the determined goals, we will achieve a new brilliant chapterin 2017!
