On December 10, the Construction Technology Innovation - 2018-2019 China Construction Engineering Luban Prize (National High-quality Project)Commendation Conference was held in Beijing. The Phase-II 300MW Unit Project of Dushanbe 2 Thermal Power Station in Tajikistan and the SK Substation Project in Angola undertaken by TBEA have both won the "2018-2019 China Construction Project Luban Prize (Overseas Project)." Up to now, TBEA has won the Luban Prize for 4 projects.

China Construction Engineering Luban Prize (here in after referred to as the"Luban Prize") is a prize awarded by the China Construction Industry Association under the guidance of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. It was established in 1987 and is regarded as the highest honorary prize for engineering quality in China's construction industry.

Inaddition, the 500kV Dushanbe Substation Project and the science and technology research and development building of the headquarters of TBEA built by TBEA,were awarded the "Luban Prize" in 2011 and 2015 respectively.
