    Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology has approved the second batch of 19 " the Belt and Road " joint laboratories, The Sino-Tajikistan Coal Electric Energy Clean Conversion and High-Efficient Comprehensive Utilization" the Belt and Road" Laboratory jointly declared by TBEA and Xinte Energy was listed.
    It is reported that this is the highest level platform for foreign scientific and technological cooperation and innovation built by reference to the State Key Laboratory. The 19 "the Belt and Road" joint laboratories were awarded mainly constructed by universities and research institutes, and only 3 laboratories were constructed by enterprises.
